All payments made for psychometric assessments are non-refunded once processed. This includes payments for completed assessments, partially completed assessments, or access to assessment results. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate delivery of assessment results, refunds are not available.
If a payment attempt fails, you must wait at least 5 minutes before initiating a new payment attempt. This restriction ensures the stability of our payment processing system and prevents duplicate transactions.
You may cancel an assessment before starting it by contacting our support team at contact@mindavenues.com. Once an assessment has been started, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
In the rare event of a technical issue preventing access to an assessment or results, please contact us immediately at contact@mindavenues.com. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may provide access to the assessment or results without additional charge. Refunds will not be issued.
